Local Boys Win Honors At Fair Dixie Dugan II, a Guernsey heifer hei-fer calf given to Don C. Hales, Pleasant Grove, by the Salt Lake Tribune at the past Intermount-1 Intermount-1 ain Junior Livestock show, won second in the Championship class at the Utah State Fair Tuesday. Don, who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Hales, won first in the junior heifer class, and entered Dixie in the championship class, , where the senior junior heifer, ' owned by Bob Erickson, Richmond, Rich-mond, Utah, took top honors. Kate's Conductor, son of Ann Howe, received by Ronald Harris of Lindon, during the 1949 Utah State Junior Livestock Show at 1 Spanish Fork, won fourth place in the open judging at the fair. Don is in the sixth grade in the Central School and is 11 years old. Alroy Gillman is his 4-H Club leader.
