Show Instructions to Bidders, Flans, Specifications and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the City Recorder, Pleasant Grove, Utah or they may be examined and obtained from the office of Caldwell, Richards & Sorensen, Engineers for Pleasant Grove on this project, at 408 Zion's Savings Bank Building, Salt Lake City, Utah upon deposit of ten ($10.00) dollars per set, which deposit de-posit will be refunded provided the bidder submits a bona fide bid and returns the plans and specifications specific-ations in good condition within 10 days after the bids are opened. Each bid must be submitted on the frirm provided as a part of the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a check or a bid bond from a surety company acceptable ac-ceptable to the Pleasant Grove City Council, all made payable to Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove City Corporation in the amount of $2f0.00. Said check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee guar-antee that the bidder will execute the contract in conformity with the form of contract included in the Contract Documents, and furnish fur-nish performance bond within five (5) days after notification of the award of the contract to the bidder. Pleasant Grove City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of anv bid, to waive . any informality in any bid as its best interests may appear. A decision dec-ision on the rejection of any or all bids or the award of a contract will be made with 5 days after the bids are opened.
