Show NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF ALPINE SCHOOL DISTRICT, DIS-TRICT, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That a special election will be held in Alpine School District, Utah County, State of Utah, on the 8th day of March, 1948, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property tax within said district, during z the year next preceding such election, the following question, to wit: Shall the Board of Educa tion of Alpine School District, Utah County, Utah, be authorized auth-orized to issue and sell bonds of the district in the amount of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,450,000), in the denomination denomi-nation of $1,000 each, numbered num-bered 1 to 1450, inclusive, to -mature annually $100,000 per year from 2 to 8 years from the date of the bonds and $150,000 annually from 9 to 13 years from the date of the bonds, with bonds numbered 1 to 100, inclusive, bearing interest at two per cent (2) J per annum and the remain der of the bonds at two and one-half per cent (2-V2) per annum, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing pur-chasing , school sites, for building or purchasing one or more schoolhouses and supplying the same with furniture fur-niture and necessary apparatus, appara-tus, and for improving school grounds? The polls at each polling place shall be opened at the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and will be kept open until and and will be closed at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. No person shall be permitted to vote at said election unless he shall be a registered voter residing resid-ing in the School Representative Precinct in which he offers to vote and shall have paid a property prop-erty tax in said school district during the year next preceding such election.
