Show Advance Preparations For July 2-3-4 Round-up Indicates Outstanding Events According to Lehi parade committee, commit-tee, everything is shaping up very nicely for the big Victory parade and from all signs it will surpass the parades of other years. Many floats are now under construction con-struction and others will be started in the next few days. Each ward is entering two or three floats and many others are promised from the business section and neighboring communities. There will be four or five bands on hand to liven up the entertainment entertain-ment and add to its color. The six sections patriotic, religious, re-ligious, industrial, health, comic and rodeo is certain to bring out some very beautiful floats and portray some splendid floats and portray which are sure to please the crowds. Prizes in the form of war bonds and stamps will be awarded to winners win-ners in each section. Floats will be judged on: 1 Theme; 2 Originality; Orig-inality; 3 Artistic assembly. The line of march will be: Start-ting Start-ting on Second West and Main street, east to First East, then north to Sixth North, then west to Center Cen-ter street, then south to Main street where it will disband. Cars are to be parked on the south side of Main street. The west side of , First ' East street and Center street and the north side of Sixth North street. It is hoped the people will cooperate co-operate with the police force in carrying out these rules. The Rodeo Parade On the second night, or July 3, there will be a big rodeo parade in which will participate many of the best horsemen in the state in the horse and rider event. Entries from Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Cedar Valley and Salt Lake City are expected. These with the Lehi Riders' club and the cowboys and cowgirls from the rodeo, should make an interesting interest-ing and colorful event. Flags, along with colorful makeup of riders will be displayed to the crowds. This parade will start at 7:30 p. m. an July 3 and will go on to the rodeo grounds where it will make ;ts grand entrance and start the ;how. Fuvenile Parade On July 4 starting at 6:30 p. m., will be the juvenile parade which sromises to be the best ever pre-;ented pre-;ented here.
