Show Local News Items Mrs. A. J. Rogers visited in Salt Lake Sity Monday with her sister, Mrs. G. A. Gardner. Miss Carol Clark of this city and Miss Mary Grua of Salt Lake City left Thursday morning for Pomona, California, where they will vist for two weeks witn Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Allen. Miss Reva West went to Salt Lake City Thursday evening to meet her niece Mrs. Mickey Taylor, who arived from Oakland, California. Califor-nia. Mrs. Taylor has been spending spend-ing the summer with her husband Seaman Mickey Taylor, who has now been trasferred to other ports. Mrs. A. J. Rogers and daughter Doris Jean, and son Bruce, returned return-ed late Friday evening from Grand Junction, Colorado, where they visited for ten davs with Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Rhodes. Mrs. Rhodes was before her mariage Miss Anna Lou Rogers. Miss Edna Gillman. who has snr-nt the last six months with the Womans Armv Auxiliary Corns, arrived home last week and is visiting vis-iting aV the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vern Gillman. Miss Gillman was stationed at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and enrouU home visted New Orleans and Denver. |
