More than $3,000,000 in GI loans for homes, farms , and businesses have been issued Utah veterans without a single loss to the Government Gov-ernment or to the Utah lending institutions, C. I. Thatcher, loan guarantee officer for the Utah regional Veterans Administration office, announced today. Thatcher said that for the week ending May 17, 1946, loans totaling $3,223,320.13 had been made in Utah under the terms of the GI Bill, and not a veteran had defaulted on his loan payments. pay-ments.
