Show Seventy Quorums Enjoy Canyon Party Saturday The 44th and 135th quorums of Seventy of Timpanogos stake and their partners joined in a very jovial dinner party and program at Mill Creek Camp in American Fork Canyon last Saturday evening. even-ing. A hot dinner was served at long tables set for 105 people. An informal program was conducted conduct-ed around the blazing bonfire. S. W. Hilton presided and Calvin -Swenson conducted activities. Ford M. Paulson led community singing, Vern Cullimore gave a reading, Mrs. E. Ray Brown sang a solo, and Mrs. S. W. Hilton and Mrs. Brown sang a vocal duet. Lew.is E. Olpin of the stake presidency pres-idency gave a short talk as did Paul Blackhurst, who represented a group of guests who during the Jtrsfyear' have been retired from positions in the Seventies quorum to other positions in the wards or stake. Games followed. Theodore Reese was in charge of the dinner, while Calvin Swenson Swen-son and John Fugal arranged the entertainment. Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson G. Hunt - are enjoying a weeks vacation at Enterprize. |
