Show Former Pleasant Grove 3 flan Buried at Hurley Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Blackhurst, Mr. and Mrs. LaMont Blackhurst, of this city, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Cook and .Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Harding of American Fork, attended attend-ed the funeral of John Blackhurst former resident of Pleasant Grove, at Burley, Idaho on Friday of last week. Mr. Blackhurst died in Glendale California on Monday, March 9, following a stroke suffered three weeks earlier. Mr. BlacKhurst was born in Salt Lake in October 1867, son of David and . Elizabeth Gardiner Blackhurst. Black-hurst. He spent his early years in Salt Lake City and later graduated gradu-ated from the University of Utah. After his marriage to Rose Robinson Rob-inson he moved to Pleasant Grove where they resided for some years, later moving to Burley, Idaho, where Mrs. Blackhurst died in 1921. . Survivors include three sons and two daughters, Bryan Blackhurst, of Pocatello, David Blackhurst and Mrs. Nell See of Glendale; Nadine Pacquinn of New Mexico and Richard Rich-ard Blackhurst of Los Angeles. 1 brother, L. G. Blackhurst of Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove; 9 grandchildren, one great grandchildren. |
