Watson STATE ENGINEER NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate water from Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a-1945 Pleasant Grove Irrigation Irri-gation Co., Lehi Irrigation Co., American Fork Irrigation Co., co Leo P. Harvey, President, Pleasant Grove, Ut. It is proposed to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 5.602 sec. ft. or 1000 ac. ft. of a total of 400 sec. ft. of water right acquired by use prior to 1903. The water has heretofore been diverted from Silver Lake Collecting basin, tributary to American Amer-ican Fork Creek at a point S. 1170 ft. and E. 650 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 32, T4S, R2E, and used from April 1 to Oct. 30 to irrigate 16,000 acres of land embraced in T5S, Ranges 1 and 2 E. Hereafter, 5.602 sec ft. or 1000 ac. ft. of water will be stored in a reservoir by constructing a dam l to a height of 45 ft., the center of which is located at a point S. 6426'E 2302 ft. from U.S. Mineral Monument No. 2, which monument is located on crest of ridge on the west side of Silver Lake Flat, American Fork Canyon in T3S, R3E. The reservoir will inundate 40 acres of land embraced in T3S. R3E. The water will be released froml the reservoir and allowed to flow down American Fork Creek to the point first described above where it willbe rediverted and used, together with other water to irrigate the above described, land. a-1967 Pleasant Grove Canning Co., Pleasant Grove, Ut. Hereafter, the above quantity of water is to be diverted from a 4-in. well at a point N. 1415 ft. and W. 1533 ft. from SE Cor.
