They feel keenly keen-ly the necessity of helping their country in this manner. We have only a few more Tuesdays left during the school year. Let's use them to the best of advantage. Mary Jane Green and Eugene Bezzant of the 10th grade was also given a similiar ward for 'being second highest; and Alene Jacobs and Darell Louder Loud-er of the 8th grade also qualified. V LAST WEEK ASSEMBLY Last Monday, sixth period, Lee W. Kay, Educational Coordinator, Utah State Fish and Game Commission, Com-mission, gave an interesting lecture lect-ure on wild life to the P. G. H. S. students. He also showed a movie depicting fish, game, and other features of nature. This was Mr. Kay'a twelfth year to give such a performance for the Pleasant Grove High School. SERVICE TESTS Fifteen Senior boys took a qualifying test for the Army or Navy Wednesday. The boys were asked to specify the branch of service in which they were most interested. All applicants will be notified to the results of the test betwen March 29 and April 27 V BOYS DAY The anuat Boy's Day of the P. G. H. S. will be held Friday. A luncheon will be served at noon by the boys. The girls of the school will be the guests. In the e-vening e-vening a dance will be presented. |
