Lieutenant Kay Swenson of Camp Van Dorn, Miss, is spending this week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Swenson. Lieutenant Lieuten-ant Swensons brother Sergeant Blaine Swenson has recently embarked em-barked for overseas duty. Corporal Malcoln Christiansen has returned to his duties at Wen-dover, Wen-dover, Utah, after visting his mother Mrs. Mathilda A. Christ-ianson. Christ-ianson. Another son of Mrs. Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, R. T. Christianson 2 C, of New Orleans La. is visiting his mother this weeek. Corporal Richard Shoell is here from North Carolina visiting his mother Mrs. Margaret Shoell and ether relatives. T3 Merrill Bunker is spending a furlough liere with his wife, De-lPah De-lPah Fugal Bunker and son- T3 Bunker was called home by ,the serious illness of his young son Roger, who underwent a major operation about two weeks ago. Pfc. Max Dean Harper, of the army air corps arrived Sunday to spend a fifteen day furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perry J Harper. Pfc. Harper has completed complet-ed his training at Laredo, Texas, and on leaving here will report at the Salt Lake air base. Private Lynn Atwood left Mon-dav Mon-dav for his camp in Mississippi, riPer snrndin"- ten days with his mother Mrs. Margaret Atwood. Paul is receiving rece-iving a five months course of army ing at Santa Ana, California, and nas been transferred to Ryan Field, Arizon, where he has been assigned to a plane and will take up flying.
