Show FFA CONVENTION On Thursday, Jan. 17th, a convention con-vention of the F. F. A. officers of this region was held at the Lincoln High School. The purpose pur-pose of this convention was to . better acquaint the tooys with their duties as officers. The schools represented were: Spanish Fork, Payson, Springville, Wasatch, Lincoln, Pleasant Grove, American Fork and Lehi. Jean Fugal president o'f the area vocational agriculture teachers, conducted the meeting. The following regional officers were elected: President, Gerald Boyer, Springville chapter; Vice President, Shirley Loveless, Lincoln Lin-coln chapter; Secretary, Lawrence Eisssio, Lincoln. Athletic Manager, Lloyd Crump, Spanish Fork chapter. chap-ter. ! Other business that transacted was the organization of an F. F. ' A. Basketaball league for this region. reg-ion. Following the convention the delegates were the guests of the Scera Theatre. The local chapter was repre-Isenled repre-Isenled by Kenneth Harvey, Lavell I Swenson, Lee Carlson, Grant !
