Show THIRD WARD M. I. A. ENTERTAINS THEIR MEMBERSHIP TUESDAY EYE. The Third Ward began their seasons work last Tuesday evening even-ing with a social of program and games. Opening with the congregation congrega-tion singing "M. I. A. Our M. I. A" Kent Giles offered the invocation invoca-tion and community singing was led by Miss Carol Christiansen, accompanied by Miss Mary Neves. A welcome talk was given by Supt. Leslie Smith and President Emily Pederson, introduced the r-?w officers and teachers. Mrs. Beth Shoeli gave a hum-oruos hum-oruos reading; Dee Walker accompanied accom-panied by Beverly Wright played a cornet solo. This was followed by a reading by Miss Carol Christiansen. Christ-iansen. The party then shifted to the recreation hall where games led by Mrs. Delilah F. Bunker, and tasty refreshments concluded the en-enings entertainment. The officers wishes to announce that all classes are provided with competent teachers and that next Tuesday' work will begin in earnest. |
