Show American Fork News Vern Jensen entertained twelve friends at a Hallowe'en party Tuesday Tues-day evening at the home of his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Jensen. A color scheme of orange and blacfc was used in decorating the entertaining entertain-ing rooms, and cats, witches, pumpkins pump-kins and other holiday motifs were-used were-used effectively in completing tile setting for the young revelers. A delicious lunch was served, following follow-ing an evening of games and Hallowe'en Hallo-we'en pranks- Miss Margaret Peterson of Aberdeen, Aber-deen, Idaho, who is attending the B. Y. U. in Provo, was a week-end guest of Miss Betty Bartlett. Mr. and Mrs. James Herbert of Salt Lake City, visited the1 week-end here with Mrs. Thomas- Singleton en-route en-route to California to spend the winter. Dinner guests on. Sunday at the home of Dr. and Mrs. G. S. Kicbards were: Miss Emily Carson of Lehi, Dr. and Mrs. P. L. Holman- and Mr. Madsen of Mt. Pleasant. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Davies were host and hostess to ten friends at their home Wednesday evening, following fol-lowing dancing at the Apollo Hall-The Hall-The entertaining rooms were novelly decorated in Hallowe'en colors. Games were enjoyed, and a dainty lunch served. Mrs. Harold Chipman and Mrs. Myron Moyle were joint hostesses Wednesday evening at a cleverly arranged ar-ranged Hallowe'en party. The guests all costumed, first enjoyed dancing at the Apollo Hall, after which they were taken to the Chipman home, where games comprised the entertainment enter-tainment and a hot lunch was- served. serv-ed. - The house was decorated in ap, propriate motifs and symbols for the occasion. Those bidden were: Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Russon, Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Chipman, Mr- and Mrs. Elmo Crookston, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Scott, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford S'torrs, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Green, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Nichoies, Mr- and Mrs. Raymond Ray-mond Monson, Misses Edna Stewart, LuRee Chipman and Mayme Wing of this city, Mr. and! Mrs. Iaso P. Harvey Har-vey of Pleasant Grove and Boyd Duke of Hcber.
