Show Am. Fork High School News Vivian Jorgensen, Reporter. JUNIORS GIVE PROGRAM At the regular assembly held Wednesday the special feature was a one-act play entitled "The Fascinators" Fasci-nators" in which the following students stud-ents took part: Grace Walker, Ann Clayson, Helen Bird, Naomi Kalliday, Virginia Larson, Berniece Wilds, Grace Taylor, Lois Beach, Mildred Chipman, Afton Beck and Irene Johnson. Other numbers consisted of a dance by Gencvive Carter and a reading by Francis Foster. The members of the Junior program committee com-mittee who were responsible for this splendid intertainment were M'eltie McCallister, Sherman Wing and Wilson McDaniel. DRAMATIC ART CLUB ORGANIZED The Dramatic Art Club held a meeting Monday and elected the following fol-lowing officers: Etta Abel President. Raymond Adams Vice-president. Francis Foster Sec.-Treas. Miss Lois Jordon Faculty Advisor. Advi-sor. DEBATE GIVEN TO AROUSE INTEREST A debate was given before the student body last Friday. The question ques-tion was; -"Resolved that the Utah State Legislature in its next session ; should pass an income tax law." The debaters on the affirmative were Etta Abel and Rcva Roberts, and tb I negative, Edith Young and Vlviai ) Jorcessen- The purpose of this de bate was to arouse interest of the students toward this school activity |
