Show Canyon Service Of Manila Ward Is Successful With more than sixty ward members mem-bers in attendance, a very fine meeting meet-ing was held by the Manila ward at Granite Flat in American Fork canyon, Sunday afternoon. Two members of the general board of the young women's M. I. A., Miss Eileen Waspe and Miss Angelyn Warnick; and a member of the Timpanogos stake board, Mrs. Geneva Ge-neva Dalton, were present. Dr. Carl F. Eyring of the Brigham Young university faculty, the principal prin-cipal speaker, emphasized the importance im-portance of living to the fullest. The program included numbers by the vocal trio from Pleasant Grove, and community singing led by Mrs. Nettie Warnick. Members of the young men's M. I. A. had arranged seats at a canyon spot which offered offer-ed an impressive view of the mountain mount-ain surroundings. o |
