Local Boy Scout Talks Over Radio In connection with the observance of Boy Scout Anniversary Week, Stanley Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold S. Walker, spoke on the Boy Scout program over station KOVO, Thursday night of last week. Stanley represented Timpanogos district at the Recommittal program. An Eagle Scout, Stanley is the first Boy Scout in the National Parks council to receive the Explorer first honors. Now 15 years of age, Stanley Stan-ley established an outstanding record rec-ord by attaining his Eagle rank at the age of 14.
