Show Local Items Mrs. C. R. Crandall and daughter, Anita, of Los Angeles are visiting relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Avery of San Bernardino, California, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Tatterr;all ens day last week. Mrs. Warren Boley in entertaining entertain-ing the Sorosis club today (Friday). Mr. and Mrs. Louis Winnet of San Diego, California, are spending the week in Utah. Mrs. Winnet is a sister of S. P., Clarence and Mel- vin Grant of this city. Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Stewart, Mrs. Florence Chipman and daughter Carol returned Wednesday after an extended motor trip to the Pacific Coast, which included visits to the San Francisco fair. While in San Francisco they were guests of the Stewarts' daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. S. I. Peterson, and little lit-tle Sheila Peterson, and were entertained enter-tained by Mr. Peterson's brothers and their wives. They spent three clays and three evenings visiting the world's fair, and report the exposition exposi-tion to be very outstanding, particularly particu-larly the exhibits of other nations, and the beautiful lighting effects. They also attended the Ice Follies at San Francisco, visited the zoo and other points of interest. They were guests at the Peterson home for two weeks. |
