Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 27, 1929. Notice is hereby given that American Ameri-can Fork City, by Roy Greenwood, Mayor, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1927 inch to appropriate 3 c. f. s. of water from Unnamed Spring in American Fork Canyon, in Utah County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears N. 56 degrees 22 minutes E. 13,837 ft. from the SW icor. Sec. 32.T. 4S..R..2.E.. S. L. B. & M. and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 32,000 ft. and there used during the entire year for domestic and municipal purposes by American Fork City. The water is at present used for irrigation pur- j poses by the American Fork Irri-gation Irri-gation iCompany and it is the inten tion to exchange for this water, j waters secured from other sources by j American Fork City, the exchange to ( be affected in such manner as not to I interfere in any way with existing rights on this stream. Upon demand , an equal quantity of water will be supplied these lands by applicant! from Deer Creek Reservoir when con-! structed or from other sources owned by applicant. This application is de-signated in i the State Engineer's Office as File! No. 10578. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
