Show Am. Fork Locals Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Morgan and son, Ralph, visited here Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Heber Barratt. Orval Conder, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Conder, who has been confined con-fined to his home for the past ten days with pneumonia, has resumed his studies at school. Miss Millie Peters visited last week-end in Provo with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Elmo El-mo Peters. The first M. I. A. Leadership training meeting was held in the tabernacle Monday night. Officers and teachers of the wards met with the Stake board and problems concerning con-cerning the winter work were discussed. Mi-s. Ray D. Nicholes, who re- j cently returned from summer school ' in New York, left last week for Lo- I gan, where she vill teach. Mr. and Mrs. John Matthews and J daughter, Doris, and son, Verlin, of j California, are here visiting at the 1 home of Mr. and Mrs. Karl Bennett. Ben-nett. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Bates and son, Dick, Mrs. Charlie Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Peterson and son, Don, were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bate. Mr. L. G. Stice of Fallon, Nevada, brother of R. J. Stice, local Union Pacific Railroad agent, visited here for two days of last week. Mr. Harry M. Speer of Des Moines, Iowa, is here visiting with Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Stice for an indefinite time. He is a brother of Mrs. Stice. 'Take- your Grain to Pleasant Grove Mills for higher prices, adv. Francis and son, Dean, who have just returned from a three month's tour of Europe, where their son. Dean, has been serving as a missionary for the L. D. S. church. Mrs. S. I. Peterson and daughter, Sheila, who have been visiting at the home cf her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Stewart, and at her sisters, sis-ters, Mrs. Harold Chipman and Mrs. LaGrand Gudmundsen. ' has returned re-turned to her home in San Francisco. Fran-cisco. They spent three weeks visiting vis-iting In American Fork and other places of interest in this vicinity.
