Show Registration at High Schools Of District Next Monday I The schools of the Alpine District will commence next Monday, September Sep-tember 6, with regular class work to commence on Tuesday, September 7, as previously announced by district dis-trict school officials. Registration for both the Junior and Senior high school will be in session all during the day, Monday, from 9 a. m. until 4:00 p. m. and every student is especially urged to register on the opening day. Teachers Teach-ers will be in attendance to aid students stu-dents in the selection of subjects and assist in completing the registration. registra-tion. Class work for the grade school children will commence Tuesday morning with all students expected to be present. Regular class work for the high school will also commence com-mence on Tuesday. A very successful school year is being looked forward to. The annual teachers institute will be held at Lehi on September 4. The U. E. A. convention will be held at Salt Lake City October 28 to 30, according to the school calendar. calen-dar. There will be a Thanksgiving recess on November 25 and the first quarter will end on November 26. The second quarter begins on November No-vember 26. The Christmas vacation vaca-tion will be from December 25 to January 14th. The second semester begins on January 17th. School will be in session on Washington's birthday, birth-day, February 22. The summer vacation va-cation begins on May 20. The instructors who will greet the Lehi students this year include the following: High School D. R.
