Show Ten Years Ago Now (Taken from files of March 22, 1924) Ten Years Ago Now I The golden wedding of Charles Peter and Christina Narie Larsen Warnick was celebrated in the Ma-; Ma-; nila ward on Friday night, March 1 14th. The evening was a very wet and snowy one, similar to the wed-iding wed-iding night of fifty years before. C. L. Warnick, the oldest son, was master of ceremonies. One hundred attended the party, fifteen of whom also were among the guests at the silver wedding. Ten Years Ago Now At a meeting called for the purpose pur-pose of organizing a commercial club, there was a good response of citizens Thursday night. The election elec-tion of officers resulted as follows: J. F. Huchel, president; Junius A. West, vice-president; S. Burton Smith, secretary -treasurer; J. J. Hayes, Fred Shoell, George W. Larsen, Lar-sen, Clifford Tomlinson, A. R. Over-lade, Over-lade, H. V. Swenson and Charles Cobbley, executive committee. Ten Years Ago Now lisle Kirk, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Kirk of Lindon and Miss Fern Miller of Highland were married Wednesday in the Salt Lake temple. The bride's parents gave a wedding reception in the Highland ward house Friday night, j Ten Years Ago Now The Pleasant Grove Third ward held a reunion Friday night in the high school gym. Bishop M. S. Christiansen delivered the address of welcome. Ten Years Ago Now The Junior Prom to be given the Junior class of the high school on March 28th promises to be a big event.
