Show j Hens Lay More While Roosters Fight Daily And The Turkeys and Geese Were There. Most of us humans seem to need an occasional outlet for surplus energy. en-ergy. But here's a letter from one who gives us the low down on chickens chick-ens and roosters. He puts it this way: "The results of feeding NOPCO XX is of especial interest to us in that we are concentrating on a pen of prize winning barred rocks for hatching eggs and baby chicks. Since feeding NOPCO XX we note not only an increase in egg production, produc-tion, but a fact which is particularly pleasing to us, the uniformity in size of the eggs and the perfect texture tex-ture for hatching. It certainly puts vitality and vigor into the flock. Our roosters are so pepped up on Vitamin D that it necessitates several trips a day to the poultry house to stop a fight. The baby chicks which we put out seem to inherit in-herit the "pep" and snap right into growing and hustling. Our chicks have been so vigorous even though we have sold to many amateurs in poultry raising they seem able to get by. We also use mash containing NOPCO XX in feeding our turkeys and geese with equally successful results." |
