Mrs. Ray Strong and children and Mrs. Strong's mother and brother, Mrs. Merrill and son left last week by automobile for California where Mrs. Strong and children will spend the winter with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. John Sagers and son Ferron and daughter Barbara, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. James C. Healey and daughter Zora. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kolstad and ! little daughter and Mr. Kolstad's j father of Compton, California, are j visiting Mrs. Kolstad's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Healey. Thursday afternoon of last week, the members of the Young Mothers Club armed with their lunch baskets bas-kets spent the afternoon with Mrs. Clyde Strong. Mrs. Adin H. Brown entertained the Happy Dozen at her home Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon of last week. The usuaj activities were engaged in after which a dainty lunch was served. serv-ed. At the M. I. A. conjoint meeting Sunday evening Wendell Moyle was' sustained as first counselor to Geo. Clark in the Y. M. M. I. A. and the previous week Mrs. Fred Strong was sustained as president of" the Y. L. M. I. A. and Mrs. Frank Bateman as first counselor to succeed Mrs. Made-lene Made-lene Wilkin and Mrs. Frank Bateman. Bate-man. Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Terry accompanied ac-companied by their, daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Fawcett, and Mr. Charles Webb returned re-turned last week from a short visit at Lund, Nevada. A few of the many friends of Mrs. Thomas F. Carlisle gathered at her home last Wednesday afternoon in' honor of her birthday. A few relatives and friends of Mrs. F. O.
