Each student tied a row on the quilt and it was basically student created with the help of the room mothers, Gleanne Taylor, Brenda Rose and Linda Hales. Several mothers came in to help tie, and Janice Lassen bound the quilt. Miss Gammon is from Vineyard, the town that just recently became a city and her father just became the first mayor. Gary is from Lehi and he entertained enter-tained the kids by playing his guitar gui-tar and singing. Gary's cousin, Kent Nuttall, put on a magic show. He even managed to escape from a straight jacket. It was a fun day for the students and to make the party complete, they all enjoyed eating banana splits together. By KALYN SECRETAN Wedding bells will soon be ring-ingfor ring-ingfor Central School's Miss Janiel Gammon and so her fourth grade class spent a day celebrating the occasion. The class made a quilt with the help of the room mothers and presented pre-sented it to Miss Gammon and her fiancee, Gary Nuttall, as a wedding wed-ding present. The treasured pink polyester quilt had each student's hand print traced on the fabric with their name. The center of the quilt read, Miss Gammon and Gary June 13, 1989, You're the Greatest.
