Skills can be developed which help to build a Satisfying, lasting relationship. American Fork Hospital will resent a seminar, "Marriage Enrichment - It's as Good as You jUake It," on Tuesday, March 22 ''lorn 7 to 9 p m. in the hospital's ifoardroom. f This seminar is not designed only V "failing" marriages, but rather or couples who desire to put zest jto their relationship while in-creasing love and trust at the same time. Jay Steinekert, MSW, will lead seminar participants through a variety of marriage enrichment skills and successful relationship "how to's." The evening promises to be of great enjoyment and benefit to all who participate. Cost for the seminar is $6 per person, or $9 per couple, and may be paid the night of the class. It,' Originally, Dastrup worked at FH from 1973-7- She left the pospital for a few years while her Children were young, and then Returned as a hospital employee in Dastrup has served as a nurse in (Jeveral hospital departments in-cluding medical, labor and delivery, nd the newborn nursery. She currently works on the surgical oor. jv, "I have always loved working at (Jlmerican Fork Hospital," says jOastrup. "I am especially im-pressed with the people I work with "n the surgical floor. Everyone 'orks as a team - pulling together --nd backing each other up. This rovides the best continuum of care 'Dssiblefor the patient." "I enjoy everyone I work with in U departments of the hospital. I lave made many close friends." Dastrup was born in Idaho, and lised in California and West "'irginia. She attended college at Nancy Dastrup BYU and UTC, where she earned her LFN degree. Last December, Dastrup graduated from Weber State College with her IHC associate degree in nursing. While there, she earned the Outstanding Student Award. Nancy is married to Bruce M. Dastrup, who she says is her very best friend. They are the parents of four children -- - Jeremy (13), Jen-nile- e (11), Jeffrey (8), and Jessica (6). When she is not working, Dastrup says she enjoys reading, sewing, sports and crafts.
