Show ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL AND LEVYING A TAX PROVIDING FOR THE AS-I OF PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT I FOR WOODS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN SAID CITY CONSISTING OF CONSTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION OF IRRIGATION AND APPURTENANT FACILITIES AND OTHER APPURTENANT TO REMOVE AND 1 OTHER NON-CONFORMING TO I OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE ANY PROPERTY IN ORDER TO MAKE SUCH AND TO AND DO ALL 1 OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE IMPROVEMENTS IN A PROPER WORKMANLIKE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT GUARANTEE FUND AND PROVIDING THE TIME WHEN THIS SHALL BECOME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WOODS AS Section The City Council of Woods hereby confirms the assessment roll as corrected and adjusted by the Board of Equalization and Review for Special Improvement District 1 for Woods and hereby confirms the findings of the Board of Equalization and Review that the proposed list as equalized by the Board of Equalization and are just and that each piece of property within the special improvement together with the following properties included by agreement and consent improved by the installation of sidewalk along the entire frontage of said fronting on 1500 South George E. Ellis and Blanche Joseph L. Donald E. period shall be payable over a period not exceeding ten years from the effective date of this Ordinance in ten substantially equal annual with interest on the unpaid balance of the assessment at the
