Show Cooking Show Planned Creative cooks looking for ways to make good meals even better will receive plenty of free culinary clues at the What's Cooking and Product Demonstration Show April 15 through 17 at the Salt Palace Assembly Hall. Held in conjunction with the free Show Me How Fair-Energy Expo, the What's Cooking Show will feature the talents of former White House chef John McGarry and nationally known cooking author and instructor Christie Williams. The Fair will feature over 100 product demonstration demon-stration booths and 25 "sit-down" classes on topics such as lawn and garden insect control, installing underground sprinklers and do-it-yourslef coun-tertopping. coun-tertopping. Co-sponsors for the What's Cooking Show are KSL Radio and Coca-Cola and no goods or services will be sold.
