Show Women's Council To Hear Hickman Dr. Marl in B; Hickman, Hick-man, Dean of the College of Family, Home and Social Sciences at BYU, will be Ihe speaker at the Women's Legislative Council meeting on Dec. 3. The meeting begins al 9:30 a.m. at the Women's Council Building, 310 West 500 N. in Provo. The subject of the presentation by Dr. Hickman will be "Revising the Utah State Constitution." Dean Hickman has been a Professor of Political Science at BYU since 1967. He has a PhD from the University of Utah and MPA from Harvard. He was a professor of International In-ternational Relations al the University of Southern California before coming lo BYU. He has had extensive experience in government, govern-ment, having been a Foreign Service Office in the Diplomatic Corps in Berlin, Germany and Hong Kong. He is widely published in International In-ternational Relations, Foreign Policy and Constitutional Law. This month's meeting is sponsored by Ihe Government and Judiciary Commiltee of Ihe Women's Legislative Council. The chairman of the meeting is Ethel Bullock of Provo, assisted by Olive Harding of Lehi. |
