Show Grovecrest Halloween Plans Are Exciting Halloween looks exciting ex-citing at Grovecrest this year. Starting off festivities will be the pumpkin contest October Oc-tober 30. Students ar encouraged en-couraged to bring their pumpkins on Tuesday morning. Judging will be in the areas of Spookiest, funniest, prettiest, biggest and most original. On Wednesday, evening even-ing at 5:30 Halloween fun will begin with dinner din-ner being served. - The menu consists of chili, corn dogs, sloppy joes, donuts, root beer and orange drink. Games wil start at 6, some of which are fish pond, ring toss, white elephant, apple ona string, str-ing, darts, grave robbing, robb-ing, make a monster, jack-o-lanters, shop and cartoons. there will also be a costume parade, and cake walk. Tickets only (no cash) will be used for the games, and these tickets may be purchased at the school office during the week prior to Halloween. They will also be sold on Halloween night. Everyone is encouraged encourag-ed to come and spend Halloween at Grovecrest. It will be fun. |
