Show An Ordinance AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEN-DING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 2 TO INCLUDE IN-CLUDE A DEFINITION FOR THE TERM "APARTMENT "APART-MENT IN OWNER OCCUPIED OCCU-PIED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING"; PROVIDING PROVID-ING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, Pleasant Grove City, Utah County, Utah. Title 7, Chapter 1, Section 2 is hereby amended to include in-clude the following definitions: Section 2. DEFINITIONS: APARTMENT IN OWNER OCCUPIED SINGLE-FAMILY SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING: The term "apartment in owner occupied single-family dwelling: shall mean an apartment apar-tment arranged or designed to be occupied by one family having separate eating, cooking and bathing facilities from that portion of the dwelling occupied by the owner and his family. Such use shall require a special use permit. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days following its passage and first publication.
