Be it ordained by the city council of PLEASANT GROVE CITY, UTAH COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH: Title 7, Chapter 4, Section 3 of the Pleasant Grove City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section AREA REGULATIONS: Side yard, front yard, rear yard regulations and height regulations of structures con-structed within this zone shall be such as one ap-plicable to Residential District R-- l as set forth in Section and of the Pleasant Grove City Code. The minimum width of any building site for a dwelling shall be ninety feet (90'). The minimum building site shall not be less than nine thousand square feet (9,000 sq. ft.) in area for each one-- family dwelling. In the opinion of the Pleasant Grove City Council it is necessary to the preser-vation of the peace, welfare, health and safety of the inhabitants of Pleasant Grove City, that this or-dinance shall take effect im-mediately, upon its passage and publication for the reason that an emergency exists in that enforcement of this or-dinance is necessary to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of Pleasant Grove City. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication and the same shall be published in the Pleasant Grove Review, a newspaper of general circulation in Pleasant Grove City, and shall be recorded in the or-dinance book of Pleasant Grove City, together with proof of publication thereof. City code requires two off street parking spaces to be provided and Mr. Loader requests to be allowed only one off street parking space. The site of the variance is 25 West Smith Lane. 8:05 The request of Leland Swensen to the Board of Appeals for a variance to section 3305 (f) of the Uniform Building Code regarding spiral stairways. This code requires 6 ft. 6 inch head clearance and Mr. Swensen requests to be able to maintain 6 ft. 2 inch and 6 ft 3 inch existing stairways.
