The Valley View PTA are having their annual Halloween Carnival on Mon-day, Oct. 31, and invite everyone to come and join in the fun. The event is slated from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and you can bring the whole family and come for supper. There will be hot dogs, Sloppy Joes, and home made root beer. Homemade candy will also be Central School I Halloween j Party Set For Monday j Central Elementary j School's Halloween Carnival ( will be held on Monday, Oct. 31st. The festivities will start with a costume parade at j 5:45. All other activities will begin at 6;00 and end at 8:00 p.m. The activities that night include games, fish ponds, fortune tellers, movies, candy sales, white elephant sales, spook alleys and the cake walk. All ts are encouraged to bring the family and enjoy a really fun evening. A dinner will be served from 6:00 to 8:00. Notice of Regular Meeting of the City Council, PL Grove, Ut.
