We should have concern for the individuality of each student. 3. We should have better communication be-tween central staff and local schools. '4. Good communication between the local '.school board and residents of the area. 5. We need sound planning for future growth and reasonable physical facilities to handle this growth. 6. Schools should be controlled completely at local level. Our most valuable product is our youth, let me help you take care of them. Paid Political Advertisement.
