Provo Concert Friday For the first time in the Utah Valley, you can hear Arliene N. Williams sing in concert. She will be performing Friday night, Feb. 21 at the Provo High auditorium. . Sensitive to the feelings and patterns of her Indian peoples, Arliene's music penetrates deep into the souls of her audience with her poetry and melodies. "My music is me," she says. "If you listen closely you shall know the patchwork of my life." And so she sings "There is a song writing on the wind, singing to the soul of where I am going and where I've been and eyes captured this moment to be remembered as a gift of reality in simple simplicity, I exit in eternity as me." Family tickets can be obtained ob-tained for $8 or adults $2, with students $1.50 and children 5 to 12 years $1. No tickets are to be sold at the door, but can be obtained at Harmons Motor in Provo, 470 West 100 North or Midway Auto Parks, 195 West 300 South in Provo. Proceeds from this concert will go to the Pioneers 2nd Ward building fund for a new stake center. |
