Show ' ' ' " ' ' ' " ': v - ' :a I . I IT'S TACKY Tacky the Clown is ready for big show on Saturday, Dec. 14 to help in ambulance fund drive for P.G. 'Tacky' Ready for Fund Drive for Ambulance The City employees are getting get-ting together and making a drive for "Ambulance Fund" money. They have booked a brand new act, at least new to the Pleasant Grove area, and are sponsoring a show at the high school on Saturday, Dec. 14 for 3 and 7 p.m. "Tacky the Clown and His Fun Show" with 1 and a half hours of comedy, slapstcik, magic, mirth, and loads of participation par-ticipation from the audience is sure to be an entertainment which the kids, and the whole family can enjoy. The great "Marko" will be on hand to mystify young and old alike, and Santa will be there to see the show also. Tacky is sponsoring a "Color "Col-or Me Funny" contest, and the winners of this contest will be announced at both shows, and prizes will be distributed at this time. Cost of the show will be $1 donation per person, and tickets tic-kets will be sold door to door throughout Pleasant Grove area ar-ea by MIA personnel, and can also be purchased at the door. Tacky the Clown, new to this area, has been a professional profess-ional entertainer for 39 years, and a professional clown for 24 of those years. He has traveled travel-ed extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada and has appeared ap-peared at 23 state fairs, and over 650 county fairs. He has also been a director of entertainment enter-tainment and special events at the Arizona and Oregon State fairs. The Great Marko is a young and rising new magician in the business, and is destined to rank with the best. He has appeared ap-peared at several fairs in California Cali-fornia and is now a permanent perman-ent part of Tacky's "Fun Show." |
