G Sharp arp as their Honorary Master M 1 He fulfilled a mission to South Africa he has also served in many other Capacities capacities capacities ca ca- MIA IIA superintendent stake MIA superintendent and member of the Bountiful Ward bishopric In 1961 he was called to the Bountiful South Stake High Council As a high councilman councilman councilman council council- man his responsibilities have been with the youth Since his call he has been the high council advisor to the IIA has served as chairman of four recent youth conferences and has had additional responsibilities responsibilities responsibilities re re- re- re with the Seminary Program and the Priesthood BOUNTIFUL South Stakes Stake's Honorary Golden Gleaner is Luella Miller Miller- She has fulfilled fulfilled fulfilled ful ful- ful- ful filled a mission to the Northern North North- ern States and a stake mission to Logan She was the president president president pres pres- ident of her Gleaner class and has served as chorister and teacher in Sunday School leader and teacher in Primary Relief Society teacher and as a member of several church choirs Mrs Miller has also been instrumental instrumental instrumental mental in involving youth in inthe inthe inthe the H 4 Program through her work as home demonstration agent and teacher The Men M-Men and Gleaners of the Bountiful North Stake honored Wanye Wanne B. G Gold Bountiful North several successful years with the junior and senior teams often representing their stake in Church All-Church competition Myrle 1 Nelson Stone was chosen as Honorary Golden Gleaner from the Bountiful North Stake She held positions positions positions po po- po- po in the MIA for six years while living in Layton AFTER MOVING to Bountiful Bountiful Bountiful Boun Boun- she served as activity counselor in the IIA for three years and was then released to become Laurel teacher She taught the Laurel girls for seven years and grew close to each one On Oct 17 1970 Myrle lyrle Stone received her year ten Leadership Award from the Bountiful Tenth Ward MIA 1 THESE PEOPLE were all certainly deserving of this honor They have served unselfishly unselfishly un un- un selfishly for many years and have all set examples of what a Latter day Saint man or woman should be They have the respect and admiration of the Men M-Men and Gleaners of their region and we hope to be able to follow Collow their pattern of oC service and i. i people because We Seek After These Things 1 i |
