Show Courchevel student exchange authorized Park City students will have a unique opportunity to travel to Courchevel, France this summer. Tuesday night the Park City Board of Education authorized preliminary plans for a 28-day 28-day student excursion to Brussels, France and England. The trip will include in-clude an 18-day stay with a Courchevel family. The exchange was inspired in-spired by Park City's recent adoption of Courchevel as a sister city. The school district will host a group of Courchevel students in Park I City in August. According to School Superintendent Tony Mitchell, Mit-chell, every effort has been made to make the program economical, reciprocal and personal. Travel arrangements arrange-ments are being made through Morris Travel and the cost for each student will be approximately $1,470, he said. Interested students and host families are invited to attend a meeting with members mem-bers of the Courchevel delegation Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Park City High School. I |
