Show Junior nordic racers face America's best skiers at Lake Placid K track race. According 10 preliminary results, Tony Chambers finished in 37 th place, Dave Van Luven was 44th and Hans Despain was 66 th out of a field of 90 racers. Tony's brother Wally noted, "Those places might not sound like much but any time you finish in the top half of the best racers in the country, that's respectable."
