Show 'Pippen' Opens Tomorrow At Prospector Square Adamson, Leah Robling, Robyn Adamson, Kim Bal-lou Bal-lou and Lisa Green. "Pippin" plays November 5, 6, 12 and 13 with a special inflation fighter matinee on November 13 featuring understudies. und-erstudies. Evening curtain at 8:00 p.m. matinee starts at 2:00 p.m. Wasatch High School band instructor Gregory Hexem is the musical director. Barbara Bar-bara Bramble serves as vocal coach with Roxanne Shapiro as assistant music director. Hexem has put together a top-knotch band of Elisa Carlile on piano, Sam An-gona An-gona on drums, Kent Bates on trumpet, Kevin Sweat on lead guitar and John Craigle on bass guitar. "We're really excited about having such great musicians. It's made all the difference in the world and we fully expect to blow the roof off of the theatre with excitement and energy. I just hope everybody will join us!" explains Bin... ::. The Tony-award winning musical Pippin opens Friday night at the Prospector Square Theatre presented by the Intermountain Actors Ensemble. "Pippin's" director, Anne Burnett, describes the production pro-duction as a musical fantasy loosely based upon the story of King Charlamagne and his eldest son "Pippin" during the days of the Holy Roman Empire. The show features "movin"' music, an. adorable ador-able child and a live cat in addition to some "fine acting, dancing and singing" according to Burnett. The opening night benefit for the Park City Community Clinic features refreshments and a good time beginning at 7:00 p.m. All seats run S10.00. Tickets can be purchased at the door, reservations can be made by calling 649-6208.
