The Board of Adjustments ias been asked to meet to consider a variance of a front yard setback requirement in the Residential Development Medium Density (RDM) District Dis-trict of the Park City Land Management Code.. Western Enviro-Systems Inc. The applicant owns Lot 98, Prospector Park, Phase II located on. Wyatt Earp Way. The applicant contends that since a ' drainage ditch runs inside the rear vard, and there ' is a need for some kind of a rear yard for buyers of subject home arid property as to allow a safe play area for their children. the house was set forward on the lot. The Board of Adjustment has, therefore, been asked to consider the variance request; 7 The request comes under the authority of the Board as described in 10-9-12 and 10-9-14 of the Utah Code Annotated 1 953, and also as described in Chapter XIII of the Park City Land Management Code. The request will be considered consid-ered by the Board of Adjustment Adjust-ment on Tuesdav. April 1, 1980 at 7:30pm in the Planning Office in the basement base-ment of the Memorial Building- .
