Wallin; and was read r . in full and discussed and thereupon pursuant to motion mo-tion made by Comm. Young and seconded by Comm. Utah Code Annotated 1953. . as amend-v- cd. the Board of County Commissioners , of Summit County is authorized .to provide for the annexation of other areas to an existing County service area; and . Whereas! the Board of t County Commissioners of Summit County on Sept. 16. 1980 voted in support of a Resolution to annex -the ... property described herein to Summit Countv Service Area v No. 6 to provide for road maintenance, including snow 5 removal, for said area! and 4 Whereas, a copy , of said Resolution was filed with the Summit County Clerk within one month after said Resolution Resolu-tion was passed. Now. therefore, be it and it ; is hereby resolved by the , Board of Countv Conimis- v sioners of Summit County, Utah: Section 1. The public health, convenience, and necessity require the boundaries bound-aries of Summit County Service Area No. 6 to be expanded to include the following property: Recorded Plats: Jeremy Ranch Plat 2: Hidden Cove No. 1: Red Pine : Chalets Phase 1. 2 & 3: Park West J Village Plats B & C :X ' o ; Proposed Plat: Woodland Hills, Section 2. the area pro-posed pro-posed to be annexed shall be v . included in and designated " as Summit County Service v ' No. 6.'
