Whereas! the Board of t County Commissioners of Summit County on Sept. 16. 1980 voted in support of a Resolution to annex -the ... property described herein to Summit Countv Service Area v No. 6 to provide for road maintenance, including snow 5 removal, for said area! and 4 Whereas, a copy , of said Resolution was filed with the Summit County Clerk within one month after said Resolution Resolu-tion was passed. Now. therefore, be it and it ; is hereby resolved by the , Board of Countv Conimis- v sioners of Summit County, Utah: Section 1.
