'Bill" D'Evelyn, chairman of the Utah No-Fault No-Fault Information Committee, Commit-tee, said today the No-Fault Auto Insurance Law, effective effec-tive January 1, 1974, will probably not raise insurance insur-ance rates. D'Evelyn said that quite the opposite will probably happen rates should come down a bit or level off. "The law was designed to eliminate many costly and lengthy trials resulting from auto accidents causing bodily injury and at the same time adequately insure motorists who are hurt in accidents," said D'Evelyn. 'Legislators who passed the No-Fault Auto Insurance Law during the regular leg- car or added a new driver or changed jobs and driving habits but any increase is not because of No-Fault Insurance," In-surance," said D'Evelyn. "Having No-Fault Insurance Insur-ance absolutely does not increase in-crease insurance rates," he emphasized. New brochures explaining the law are available at insurance in-surance agencies throughout the state and at county and state governmental agencies 'and motor vehicle offices, D'Evelyn said.
