Show City Council Considers Numerous Proposals Mayor William Sullivan presided over tlie City Council Coun-cil meeting of last Novem-lier Novem-lier 15. Ciiuneilmen answering answer-ing to roll call were: Clement Cle-ment Hansen, Mary Lelimer, and Leon Unarte., Absent were Councilnien Robert Burns, Jr., and Richard Ma rtinez. Mayor-elect John Price and Councilman-elect Jan Wilkiug were present at both the executive session and the regular coiin'-;l inectiii. The minutes of the previous pre-vious meeting were approved after correction. The summary sum-mary of verified bills in the amount of $14,.70.18 for the period ended November 13, 11)73 were also approved. The report of Librarian Delia Cleg" was approved. The report stated that the library has 284 visitors, 17 used reference books, 192 books and 14 magazines were circulated and 17 used reference ref-erence books. In approving Justice William Wil-liam Lence's report it was noted that lines andfees collected col-lected this past month were the highest, by far, of any collected in recent li i s t o r y according to all available records re-cords checked. A mo! ion made by Councilman Coun-cilman Lelimer to increase t lie filing fee in civil cases was approved.
