Show Sportsmen's Outing a Success at Geneva The largest attendance on record was registered last Saturday and ';.' Sunday at the Geneva meet. Blng- . ham sportsman were well represented repres-ented and all reported having a ;, - V splendid time. ; Trapshootlng, boat racing, horse-j horse-j . . ' shoe pitching, archery, fly and bait casting and , msny other forms of ' suce was estimated fr-AQ.OOQ. Many valuable awards were presented to the winners in the contests. The committee which . collected awards from local merchants and business men wish to thank all those who donated prizes and otherwise other-wise assisted the committee. Com-mlttee Com-mlttee members were J. R. Mcln-tyre, Mcln-tyre, Vord Both'e and James Householder. House-holder. It is reported, all returned Sunday Sun-day except "Joe Bush" who became lost early in the game and considerable consider-able excitement prevailed among the Bingham boys during the outing, out-ing, through his disappearance. Everyone made inquiry of everyone else for Joe but at this writing he has not been seen or heard of. The boys are hoping the outtng will be held at Geneva again next year and If so they will renew their search for "Joe Bush." |
