This ordinance states that it shall be unlawful for any person to sweep into or deposit any paper, rubbish in any gutter or ditch within the city limits, and any person found throwing garbage or refuse of any type into the creek known as Poison Creek will be prosecuted, says Mayor Albert Frantz.
