The 200 person staff of Park City Resort came under the employ of TMRC February 16, 1971, when the company as- . sumed operation of the Resort. Royal Street Development Company, Inc., has been active in the development of residential resident-ial and commercial properties in California and Colorado. Woody Anderson Is Manager Treasure Mountain Resort Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Utah as a subsidiary of Royal Street Development Company, Inc. of Newport Beach, California, Calif-ornia, to acquire the Park City Resort and attendant properties. Royal Street Development Company, Com-pany, Inc. is a subsidiary of Royal Street Corporation, New Orleans, Lousiana. TMRC is represented by a seven-member board of directors: direc-tors: Edgar B. Stern, Jr., Chairman TMRC, President Royal Street Corporation, Director Sears Roebick Co., J. Warren King, Jr., president Treasure Mountain Resort Co., vice pres. Royal Street Development Dev-elopment Co., Stanley Cohen, Vice Chairman TMRC, President Pres-ident Royal Street Development Co., Inc.; Clark L.Wilson, Manager Man-ager Utah Operations, The Anaconda Ana-conda Company; Lee C.Travis, General Manager Western Smelting and Refining Department, Depart-ment, American Smelting and Refining Co.; Robert H. Volk, President Unionamerica Inc., Los Angeles; and Ralph E. Laut-mann, Laut-mann, Executive Vice President Union Bank, Los Angeles. A. W. (Woody) Anderson, General Manager of Park City Resort, was named Vice President Pres-ident of Treasure Mountain Resort Re-sort Company when TMRC assumed as-sumed operation of the Resort. Royal Street Development Company, Inc., has entered into an agreement with Treasure Mountain Resort Company to provide all management services serv-ices for the development of the Park City properties.
