I Saves Saves Family KAMAS KAMAS- Mr and Mrs Aleck Z Z atea with two to of ot their children and a couple of ot the neighbors children got themselves stranded tip tcp U i Weber canyon Sunday afternoon after arter- noon noon March 30 lo The folks folks' were out enjo enjoying i g the weather and drove five Clift miles nb above ve th the oiled road in the Holiday Park area rea In trying to get Ket the car turned tur around it got stuck The road h had d been been opened with witha I Ia a tractor but just for one way traffic Ira tra Ic and there W was s a COli couple pIe feet teet of snow The women two of ot the girls walked to the Lake Lodge but were unable to get help there but were brought into Oakley where here they sought help from Leo Frazier who called Everett Dahl and George Lewis members of ot the Summit County Jeep Patrol About Everett towed the car backwards for tor 4 44 miles before they were able to turn around They then had to pull tho the car to get it t started and they came Into Oakley for tot gas to return home Two Weeks ago Everett had a call to go up above Samak and help some explorer scouts out that had gotten themselves stuck while on an overnight camping trip The other load had been back about five miles mUes down the ithe canyon and were turned turned around and went for tor help for tor the others others I |
