Clement Strube, mauager of the Carglll Lumber company com-pany at Mlnaco, Chihuahua, arrived this morniug after a trip through the region held by the insurgeuts In northern Mexico. He said: "Troops are advancing on the affected af-fected region from all four directions and should have the Insurrection crushed In a few days.
